JUDGING IS MANDATORY IN-PERSON!!!

While waiting for judging:

  • We recommend staying at  the ARC to see if you are up next!

  • Practice your pitch

  • Visit Industry Tables at the ARC Overlook

  • Visit the Hackeroon Shop at the ARC Overlook

NOTE: JUDGING WILL HAPPEN IN CLASSROOMS. We will release the locations assigned to you in the morning after the Closing Ceremony. Teams that are UP NEXT will be displayed on a projector in the ARC. Announcements will also be made on Discord.

About Demo Day ...

A few perks / reasons to sign up for this OPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY when you submit your project tonight/tomorrow morning:

  1. It's a basic science-fair tabling layout, easy to find your spot.

  2. To reward your bravery in demoing publicly, we will give you priority when assigning judging slots. You'll most likely get a later time slot for judging and more time to practice.

  3. You get to practice your pitch with industry guests who will circulate through the NCEC.

Note: Demo Day slots ARE LIMITED. Even if you select yes, we cannot guarantee a slot. These will be chosen randomly to ensure fairness. You get 25 minutes at your table.

NOTE: Other students who are not doing Demo Day will not be able to circulate in NCEC.
